You've just found out that you are being requested to complete surveys from 6Q, and you have questions? Great, welcome aboard!
We've collated the common questions here. If there's another query you have, that's not on the list, please let us know.
Do I need to sign up?
The majority of employees are called 'Team Members' at 6Q. Team Members do not have access to the 6Q system itself. Your employer will provide us your name and email address, so we may send polls to you. At no time do you need a username or password, unless you are a Leader.
Leaders require access to the 6Q system, and will be provided a login details.
What personal information do you have about me?
We insist on collecting only the very basics. We don't like storing any more information that we absolutely require. Most of the time, this means we store only your;
- Email address
- First Name
- Surname
- Department or team(s) that you are in
Who can see my responses?
Your employer can register various 'Leaders' who have access to data, such as survey reports. You can request your employer or manager to explain who has access within your organisation.
Is this truly anonymous?
If the poll welcome screen shows a
Mode: Anonymous, then yes, this is truly anonymous. We will not provide any personally identifiable links to your responses outside of receiving a court order. We take your privacy very seriously.
