New Interface

We understand that it can sometimes be frustrating when a system interface you have become accustomed to, changes. To help you overcome any obstacles in using the new 6Q, we have put together this short 'how to find' page.

If you are having trouble, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly support team, or search our support area, which we are updating over the next few days to show our new interface.

Managing a specific poll

Previously, to get to a specific poll to view or edit, you needed to click on My Polls, and then choose the correct poll from the dropdown box. You now have more direct access to a poll straight from the side navigation.

Viewing trends and reports

The main poll screens are also where you will find the content that used to be in the My Trends and My Reports screens, now located within your individual poll areas. 

For example, if you wish to see how your poll 'All Company' trends are looking, you click the 'All Company' menu item.

Managing users and segments

Your user settings from the My Team screen is now in the Team menu item.

Managing company settings

The My Organisation screen is now under Settings in the lower left corner of your screen.

Branded interface

If you have previously uploaded your logo, this is now shown on every screen at the top left corner. This also acts as a link back to the dashboard.
