Email delivery

Emails can be interrupted anywhere between our system and your email provider. To narrow down what the cause is, first ask a number of colleagues if they are receiving our emails.

If only a few employees are not receiving their poll emails

First, you need to check if their email address is correct. Then, check the Email bounces screen (under Users) to ensure their email didn't bounce.

Lastly, navigate to the users detail screen. Under their profile, you should see a User interactions panel. Check that our system shows succesfull delivery of these emails.

If your entire team are not receiving poll emails

Depending on how strict your email server settings are, your anti-spam system may trigger from too many similar emails arriving from the same address at one time.

If you find that all of our emails are going to your Junk folder, or being blocked, you may need to ask your IT department to white list the following;

1. Domain wide - all emails from
