Exporting data

You can download PDF versions, and CSV (Comma Separated Values) from the top right of any poll report.

Your downloaded CSV file will show the following fields;

User 

This is a system generated number to represent the user who completed the survey. This cannot be tied back to an individual user.

Segments

These are the segments this user belongs to. If the user has no segments, it will display 'All organisation' 

Question response (per question)

This will show you each response per question. So if you have four questions, it will be represented like;
