Setting the frequency

To set the frequency of your poll, click on "My Polls" :

You can change the frequency of the poll via Poll Settings:

You can change the frequency by changing the Poll Frequency of the poll to be sent out; 

• Ad hoc (once off)
• Weekly
• Two weekly (fortnightly)
• Four weekly (monthly)
• 13 weeks (quarterly)

Click "Save Details" at the bottom of the page after setting the new frequency.
