User not receiving a poll
There are several issues to look into when any of your user does not receive a poll.
When all your users receive the poll except a couple or only one did not receive the poll, you would need to check a couple of things:
- The user was not in the segment, thus missing out the poll
- Check if the email address of the user is the right address
- Asked the user if the email went to Junk folder instead
However, if none of the users received the poll, you would need to check if the time set on the poll and the frequency it right.
