Authority to view report

By default, anyone listed as a Leader receives all organisation reports.

You can however, change this to only send a specific Leader a report for the segments they are in, under that persons Edit screen.

For example, Sally is a Leader, and a member of the IT segment. Rather than Sally receiving all reports across the organisation, changing the setting to 'All segments this user is in' means that Sally will only receive reports for employees within the IT segment, and not other segments.

If they don't need to receive any reports, it's easier for them not to be set as a leader at all.

Click 'Save Details' to save the new changes made.
