High Five leader board
High Five is our peer to peer recognition feature.
The way this works is organisations can opt to turn this feature on, within your 6Q dashboard.
At the end of each survey, a screen will display, asking employees to nominate someone that is worthy of a high five, as per the image below.
These are collated, and shown to management, along with an email sent to the employees who receive high fives at the end of that poll period.
High Fives are anonymous, both from leaders and recipients, which makes it a great way to motivate your colleagues.
