Enable High Fives

To enable High Fives on a poll, navigate to the Settings tab of the poll you wish to edit.

Change the ‘Employee Recognition’ option to 'Yes' and then save that poll for it to take effect.

The very next employee survey that gets sent out will have an additional screen at the end of the poll, requesting your employees choose someone from their team to send a High Five to. 

Optional extra:

On the same 'My Polls' screen, there is the option to 'Allow comments?'. This will enable employees to leave comments with their High Five to the selected person.
