About High Fives

High Fives are our peer to peer employee recognition tool.

You can activate these by changing the 'Peer Recognition' drop down to Yes in My Organisation.

Once activated, during polls, users will be asked to optionally nominate someone within their organisation for a High Five. If you have comments enabled, the person completing the poll can submit a comment with their high five, that is shown to both leaders and the recipient.

At the end of the reporting period, an email will be sent to any recipients, and the High Fives will be tallied and shown in your email and detailed reports, as well as appear in the High Five leaderboard within your dashboard.
